Systematic arrangements

Helps to uncover systemic patterns of family and relationships that influence our feelings and decisions, and free ourselves from subconscious side effects.

What are systemic arrangements and how do they work?

Systemic alignments, also known internationally as family constellations or systemic therapy, are a method that helps to see the invisible forces that affect a person's life, relationships, and inner balance.

This approach is based on systems phenomenology, developed by German psychotherapist and clergyman Bert Hellinger , or the view that every person is part of a larger system, and its balance determines the quality of our lives.

Unlike classical psychotherapy, systemic adjustments are not focused on analyzing the mind. It is an experiential method that allows you to see the system from the outside , as if looking at your situation as a living field in which the laws of relationships, emotions, and loyalty operate.

What we commonly call a “problem” is often just a symptom that points to a deeper cause – an unresolved event or emotional knot in the family or personal system.

SYSTEMIC ARRANGEMENTS

To see life from the outside and understand the invisible order.

What are NOT systemic adjustments?

Systemic arrangements are not esoteric , nor is it classic psychotherapy or a conversation about emotions with a psychologist. This method works phenomenologically – through presence, feelings and conscious observation, allowing information to “appear” directly through the field, not logical thinking. A person does not talk “about” his topic – he sees and feels how it manifests itself in the system.

What problems do systemic arrangements help solve?

Systemic arrangements help:

  • to improve relationships within the family, between parents and children, partners, colleagues;

  • resolve recurring life scenarios – failures, relationships or financial cycles;

  • reduce internal anxiety, burnout, and feelings of loneliness;

  • to reconnect with one's family, feminine or masculine energy;

  • better understand one's place in the family and life system;

  • to release creative and emotional energy that has been blocked until now.

A systemic approach helps a person see that many of their feelings and actions are not unique to them, but may be inherited, related to family history, or unconscious loyalty mechanisms. This method is especially effective in situations where the mind is searching for answers but there is no solution.

How does a systemic alignment session work?

Individual consultation
The work takes place in conversation with the leader (Ines Zuļģi or Laimonis Zuļģi), using visual and symbolic elements – objects, room layout, or special figures that help depict people and concepts from the system.
This approach allows you to work confidently on any topic while maintaining confidentiality and internal focus. It is especially suitable for introverts who do not feel comfortable in group work.

Group work
In group work, participants act out situations based on feelings, empathizing with the roles of various elements of the system (for example, partner, mother, child, fear, money, etc.). This method allows you to see your situation from the outside and experience energetic liberation already during the process. The advantage of group arrangements is the strong collective field energy, which helps the transformation to happen faster.

In both cases, it is essential to formulate an intention – a clear question or topic that the person wants to address. The session lasts approximately 2 hours and can be a significant turning point in personal growth.

How can systemic adjustments help you?

  • If you feel an inner blockage but don't know where it's coming from

  • If you feel distance, disappointment, or silence in your relationship

  • If you find yourself in similar situations over and over again

  • If you can't "take a step forward" professionally or emotionally

Systemic therapy helps you see the cause , not the symptom, and allows life to flow freely again. This experience often brings a deep inner peace, gratitude, and ease that lasts long after the session ends.

Origin of the method – the work of Bert Hellinger

The method is based on Bert Hellinger's method, which was created by combining psychotherapy, philosophy and life experience with the observations of the African Zulu tribe about community and family structures. Hellinger discovered that three main laws operate in every family and system: belonging, balance and hierarchy. When any of them is violated, tension arises in the system, which is also felt by future generations. Systemic arrangements help restore this natural order.

Inese Zuļģe and Reconstructive International Integrative Holistic School

Inese Zuļģe is a certified teacher and representative of the Reconstructive International Integrative Holistic School (RIIHS) in Latvia.

This international school, founded by Carola Castillo , combines reconstructive work, systemic approaches, and transpersonal psychology into a unified, holistic method for human development.

Inese integrates the RIIHS methodology into her work, combining the experience of medicine, psychology and consciousness. In her sessions, a person is invited to reconnect with the body , consciousness and life energy, see deeper processes and resolve systemic tensions on both an individual and relationship level.

Thanks to this experience, systemic adjustments with Inesi gain an additional dimension – they combine presence work , body energetics, and consciousness transformation, which makes the process not only therapeutic, but also deeply spiritual and liberating.
