Reconstructive work
Allows the body to express itself freely to reveal deeply hidden emotional blocks and restore inner flow.
Working with the energy of the body and consciousness.
Reconstructive Work is a deep energy-based process that allows the body to feel and express itself in any, even the most unexpected way.
Through this process, the body and the deeper layers of consciousness begin to communicate with awareness.
As a result of this communication, a person becomes able to identify and articulate previously unconscious inner blocks — and by releasing them, to free up inner space and energy for personal, relational, business, and family goals.
This method is not for everyone — it requires a period of preparation, maturity, and acceptance.
For this reason, it is usually practiced in the format of a multi-day seminar.
The founder of the method is Carola Castillo, a charismatic Venezuelan teacher, student, and close collaborator of Bert Hellinger.
We could describe it as another, finer-frequency dimension of the systemic constellations approach.
The work is done in small groups of four.
During the process, participants prepare and experience insights on the level of the mind, while receiving bodily impulses through the perception of energy and feedback from other group members.
To prepare for this work, it is important to formulate a clear intention or question you wish to explore.
Each process lasts approximately 2 hours.
